I tried the soltani barg, and the quality was not to my liking. The barg was still a little raw and chewy. The rice was not enough for the two kababs and i had to eat the kababs without rice. The vibe and atmosphere was top notch and it is close to kirkland trendy water front downtown. The service was really good and fast as well.I would rather either have a higher quality food served here or the prices could be a little more affordable.Overall i recommend it for a date night or some special occasion.
The environment and service was very good, Ahmed the waiter was super nice .But not a best Persian food in town. The bread was really bad, the portion was not enough and the price was expensive. If you are charging so much you need to provide the better food. And most of persian restaurant in town has complimentary appetizers ( fresh bread and butter or vegetable) or tea but they didn’t provide any.
Great ambience, delicious food, in a great neighborhood. If you are looking for spicy grill, this is not it. But if you are looking for amazingly delicious grilled food you will be pleased. They should serve sauces with Zeitoon Palace Plate.
Very tasty food and great service. The food is fresh and well cooked. Best restaurant to try Iranian food in town . The owner is welcoming and always willing to serve with the team. I have visited the town twice and ate two times at this place. I recommend it 👌
We ordered kebab koobideh, and while the food quality was amazing, it is overpriced compared to other restaurants. I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the service; right after finishing our lunch, we were asked to leave the table because other customers were waiting! I do not recommend this restaurant!
Perhaps an off night, but I was disappointed. I grew up eating Persian food, and took a friend for his first experience with the cuisine. I had very much enjoyed Zeitoon on previous visits, but this time the khoresh/stews didn’t taste fresh (and the yellow split peas in one of them were overly mushy). There was no Tahdig (crispy rice) available to order - a big miss! Dough (yogurt drink) portions were small. Finally, when the bill was presented, they had automatically added gratuity (for a party of two)! Overall, the food and hospitality were just not up to par. I hope they use this feedback to get better.
It was my first time here. We had the hummus, baba ghanoush, lamb shanks, Cornish hen, and beef stew. The Cornish hen and lamb shanks were the most delicious entrees. The rice that came with the entrees were cooked perfectly. Goes well with the entrees.
TOTAL & ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!I ordered an overpriced delivery and half of my order was missing!! I still have not received any refund, will be disputing this charge. STAY AWAY!!!
Suprise! They add 15% automatically and then, when you pay by QR code, they default to additional 20%. If you're not careful, you'll tip 35%. Food was ok.
one of best Persian food I had in Seattle area. Good option for both meat / kaboobs lovers and vegetarian. Great service and good food. Also I really recommend to try the " Mirza Ghasemi" a Northern (shomali) food which is made with eggplant, garlic, eggs.
I visited Zeitoon last night with two friends. Ordered family style kabob and Ghormeh Sabzi. The food and service were excellent. Their chicken Kabob was so juicy and delicious. Keep up the good work. This review is conducted a year ago.Last night (9/6/2023) I went with my family and kabob's were dry and it appears food quality in coming down. What happened. This is my third times I was there for the last 9 months. I hope the owner pays attention to the food.
We always get the Kabab platter and it's sooo good. We live an hour away but we don't mind coming here for yummy food.. Although, I do feel that recently their portion size had gotten bit smaller for the price. Overall, it's pretty good!
Lamb Shank is a must try of this place. I've visited this place twice and I'm really satisfied with every dish tried here. Definitely try their ice cream. I'm kind of addicted to this. The location is perfect as well. This place is a bit costly but the food, service and atmosphere is worth every penny.Highly recommend if you like persian food.
Food is moderately good, location of the restaurant is great, and service, similar to most of Persian restaurants, is just okay! You get a cold welcome and that’s about it! By the way, 15% tip is already included in your bill.
The Kebab was salty. The stew was not fresh and tasted very bad. Also the restaurant was very dirty. We found hair in our food, and there were lots of dead bugs near the window we were sitting by
I really didn't like the food. We ordered 3 stews, and only Ghormeh Sabzi was to my liking. Food in other Persian restaurants in the area is definitely better. Prices are higher than other restaurants, which is not justified considering that food quality is not better.
The bread always fresh and tasty I love it so delicious Iraq Samoon and pita bread it comes with white and wheat everything tasty like our country taste 👍🏻 I get klecha too with date it’s very popular Iraqi cookies you should try it and I got cake also so good the shop is everting that I need thank you so much for tasty food .
Lovely family owns this restaurant. They are very welcoming and friendly. Food is top notch and everything they have is made there and taste great. At first, you will think the prices are high, but actually they are not since the food portions are big.Their appetizers are so good and meat is juicy and very tender! Just the I love it!
This was my first time trying Persian food. I tried the mixed platter of ground beef kebab and ground chicken kebab with sour Cherry rice. It was all very good.
The soltani shishlik is pretty good with lamb rack and shish kabob. Both flavored to the right amount and taste so good. I also heard my friend saying the lamb shank is very awesome, will come try next time!
Loved the Koobideh with Sangak dish. Went at a late lunch time. Food came out in good time. Service is nice. Place is nice and clean. Most dishes are halal.
We got takeout and it was very good.I would recommend all the kabobs but not the mast-musir (it was not flavorful enough)The picture is of one order of the king’s choice which has one barg, one kubideh, and one juje. It has only two tomatoes we got one extra tomato.
