SmartSign Kiosk — General

SmartSign is an interactive touchscreen kiosk and digital signage platform — combined into one cloud-based device. It lets your customers check in, browse menus, view promotions, leave feedback, capture leads, and more. Content is managed and updated remotely in real time from anywhere.

We offer three form factors: Portable SmartSign (24″ Full HD & 32″ 4K UHD) — battery-powered with lockable wheels; Horizontal SmartSign (32″ Full HD & 43″ 4K UHD) — a freestanding landscape kiosk with NFC; and Vertical SmartSign (32″ Full HD & 43″ 4K UHD) — a portrait tower with enterprise-grade security and heavy-duty lockable wheels. All three run the same cloud platform.

Yes. Every SmartSign kiosk arrives preconfigured with your brand's content — menus, promotions, QR codes, and more. We handle the entire setup end-to-end so you can start engaging customers from day one.

Absolutely. All content is 100% customizable and managed through our cloud platform. You can update menus, promotions, videos, QR codes, and slides remotely at any time — or let our SmartCare team handle it for you.

SmartSign serves restaurants, hair salons, spas, fitness centers, dental and medical offices, retail stores, real estate agents, hotels, corporate lobbies, auto dealerships, education centers, daycares, and event venues. If your business has foot traffic, SmartSign can work for you.

Yes — we offer a complimentary on-site demo customized specifically for your business. We'll show your own logo, menu, and services on the kiosk so you can see exactly how it works in your space before committing.

Yes. Larger 55″ and 65″ commercial display options are available upon request for medium and large-scale businesses. Contact us for custom pricing.

Plans & Pricing

Three plans: Purchase (Own) — one-time purchase, the kiosk is yours, with a $50/month software subscription. Flex (Lease-to-Own) — 12-month lease with software included free, own the kiosk at end of term. Event Rental — rent by the day with software included, perfect for expos and pop-ups.

For the Flex (Lease-to-Own) plan, there is no deposit required. For the Event Rental plan, a refundable deposit is collected and returned after the kiosk is picked up in good condition. No deposit is needed for outright purchases.

The Digital Software License ($50/month) is required for the kiosk to operate — it powers the cloud platform, content management, analytics, and all interactive features. It's included free for the first 12 months on Flex plans and included with all Event Rentals. Only Purchase customers pay it separately.

The Flex plan has a one-time $99 setup fee that covers onsite delivery and configuration. For Event Rentals, there is a $99 setup fee which is waived for bookings of 2 or more consecutive days. There is no setup fee for outright purchases.

Yes — every additional SmartSign kiosk under the same business account receives a 10% discount. There's no limit on the number of additional kiosks, and the discount applies to all kiosk types and all plan types.

The Flex plan is a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation terms apply — please contact us for specific details regarding your situation.

SmartCare — Managed Service

SmartCare is an optional fully managed monthly service ($100/month) where our team handles everything for you — frequent content updates, visitor engagement tracking, weekly analytics reports, email marketing campaigns, interactive surveys, promotional giveaway setup, and priority remote support.

No — SmartCare is completely optional. You can manage your own content through the cloud platform at no extra cost. SmartCare is for business owners who want a hands-off experience where we keep the screen fresh for them.

Yes — we currently offer 1 month of complimentary SmartCare with any kiosk, regardless of whether you purchase, lease, or rent. This lets you experience the full managed service before deciding to continue.

Yes. Every SmartSign kiosk includes weekly advanced analytics reports delivered to your inbox — covering new leads captured, customer feedback summaries, engagement metrics, and campaign performance across all your kiosks.

Technical & Connectivity

Yes — SmartSign is 100% cloud-based and requires an internet connection to receive content updates, push analytics, and enable interactive features. All models support Wi-Fi. The Horizontal and Vertical models also include RJ45 wired Ethernet for hardwired connections.

We offer a Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot add-on ($30/day) that provides internet connectivity for kiosks at events and locations without reliable Wi-Fi access. The device and data plan are included.

The Portable SmartSign 24 runs up to 4 hours on battery, and the Portable SmartSign 32 runs up to 6 hours. Both models can also run 24/7 when plugged in.

NFC (Near Field Communication) lets customers tap their phone on the kiosk for instant access to menus, loyalty programs, coupons, or contact cards — no app needed. Built-in NFC is available on the Horizontal and Vertical SmartSign models.

The Horizontal and Vertical models include an HDMI-In port for connecting external devices — letting you display additional content, presentations, or live feeds alongside the SmartSign platform.

AI Business Finder

It's a smart search tool on Yelpersia.com that helps users find local small businesses in Washington. Enter a business name, category, or location and our intelligent system will find matching results from the Yelpersia directory. If the business isn't listed with us, we automatically pull information from third-party sources so users always get an answer.

Yes — searching the directory is completely free for users. Business owners can also claim and enhance their listing with photos, promotions, events, and more.

Contact us to create your listing. You'll get a full business profile with photos, reviews, offers, contact info, and more. Customers who rent or purchase a SmartSign kiosk for 12 months receive a complimentary 1-year listing on Yelpersia.com.

IT Services

We provide website design and development, SEO, logo design, website maintenance, managed IT support, cloud services, backup and recovery, and IT project management (cloud migration, Microsoft 365, infrastructure upgrades). All services are tailored for small businesses.

Our all-in-one launch bundle for new businesses — includes a directory listing on Yelpersia, custom website and logo design, business email setup, Google Business Profile optimization, SEO and social media strategy, a promotional interview video, marketing materials, and complete IT setup with ongoing support.

Our primary service area is Washington and neighboring regions. However, many of our digital services (website design, SEO, cloud services, remote IT support) can be provided remotely to businesses anywhere. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Every SmartSign kiosk comes with a 1-year warranty by Yelpersia — full coverage and support included.

Through the Yelpersia SmartSign Customer Portal at smartsign.yelpersia.com. Business owners can securely log in to manage content, view analytics, and monitor kiosk activity in real time.
