This review comes 1 year after buying our first home. Yassi's team is magnificent. Our realtor, Ellie, had what I can best describe as a "6th sense" about our needs. I say that because, as we were new to the PNW, we were clueless, and she guided us through the evolving world of discovering that which we _didn't_ want. Ellie knew she had our complete trust, and it paid off. She got us into a pristine townhouse away from the noise, which in hindsight is exactly what I wanted. Looking back over the last year I can see clearly that Ellie and the rest of Yassi's team did us a solid in ways that I'm still realizing. Nice things cost money, and this is money well spent.

Yassi and her team were so supportive throughout our experience purchasing our first home! If you live in Greater Seattle and thinking of buying or selling a property, you should know Yassi. Just working two weeks with Yassi helped us to find our home. Yassi is the epitome of everything you need in an agent. She is a patient and careful listener. I cannot emphasize how important this is. In our nine months journey with Redfin, Flyhome and other agents, Yassi was the only agent that truly understood the type of property we were looking for. Yassi is also well-connected with in-depth knowledge of the local market which was instrumental to us Seattle novices. Her connections provided quality work with better pricing compared to those we shopped on our own.Finally she is tough negotiator and her skills helped us closed the deal at lower price than top asking price.We were seeking an agent but we found a friend for life and trusted advisor for any upcoming real estate transactions in the future.

As first home buyers my wife and I used to think the process is so complicated and scary but with Yassi it was exactly the opposite; Yassi is a wonderful person who knows the job extremely well. It doesn’t matter how many houses you want to see or whether you change your mind, Yassi patiently helps you in every step of the way. Her impressively broad knowledge, energy and friendly attitude make you feel comfortable in this stressful and competitive market. Her team also is super friendly and organized, and it becomes even more obvious during the closing process.
