I am thrilled to give a well-deserved five-star review.My company utilize STARLINE TOWN CAR for years and I trust them implicitly with all our transportation’s needs.We had corporate events for several days this week and transportation was a very important part of it since we had guests from all over US and overseas.Of course, I booked car service with STARLINE TOWN CAR, and I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, promptness, and willingness to always accommodate our schedule. The attentive to detail and ensuring of comfortability is unmatched. They are always on time, exceptional from start to finish and we never have to worry about dependability or punctuality.I’ve used their service before, I’ll continue to do so and highly recommend this company for your transportation needs!

Starline is always accommodating with all car service needs. Super responsive when I have changes last minute. Customer service is amazing and the rides always go so smooth! They are the must use car service when in Seattle!

We have enjoyed excellent service from this company to and from the airport. Reservations are simple to make and email confirmations received, drivers are on time and courteous, cars very clean and comfortable. Rates are consistently the best.

Thank you for the outstanding service. Yanus provided shuttle service that exceeded my expectations. I was given clear directions regarding where to meet my driver upon confirmation of my reservation. The communication was prompt and clear. The company was highly organized and had worked out all the logistics. Yanus arrived at the agreed upon on time and location. He was a courteous and a superb driver. I enjoyed the ride to my hotel.

I have been using Starline since 1998 and they are the best of the best in the private limousine service industry. I can call the day before because I suddenly need a pickup at 5am to the airport and they are always ready and on time with a professional driver and luxury vehicle. I use them 6-10 times per year and always feel 100% safe and sound when having them pick up my wife or daughters for travel. Michael has even become one of my good friends over the years. Many many thanks Starline!

Starline is the very best town car and limo service we have ever experienced. We have used them for many years. Their cars are immaculate and smooth driving, their drivers are over the top professional and courteous, always on time (for pick-up and drop-off). We will never use any other service. Speedy driving without communication. I picked up a ride from the boardwalk to king street station. I asked if they took credit card which he replied yes but pay upon drop off. Which he then proceeded to tell me only debit card or cash! He literally took every dollar from my wallet then demanded tip though I was out of cash! I would've been better off taking uber, kept my cash, and earned credit card points! Expedient luxury service if you don't mind paying cash...

I've used Starline Town Car service for 2yrs in a row.Samuel has been taken care of us easy booking process "every single time".Their vehicles and drivers are super clean and professional. They are on time and no time wasted.I've already referred Starline Town Car Service to my colleagues and friends, they were also pleased with the service received.I'm glad I found a company who our family can rely on private transportation, definitely recommend with the exceeding expectations!!I would have given 10x stars if it was available rating!Thanks again and please keep up the great works you all have been doing to grow your business and keep the customers happy!

We used Starline for pickup from hotel to Pier 91 & then again for pickup from Pier 91 to the airport. They were amazing. Our initial inquiry was answered immediately & they even helped us with the timing for post cruise pickup. The drivers were friendly, the SUVs were clean & comfortable. The bottles of water were a nice touch. We also appreciated the driver stopping at the pharmacy on the way to the cruise port. We’ve used car service in several cities & this was one of the best. Thank you so much!!

We used Starline for airport dropoff and pickup for a long trip out of town. This worked out cheaper and way way more convenient than finding an airport parking. Our driver (Ivan) was promptly on time and they have provided a large enough car for 8 pieces of luggage. Will definitely use the service again in the future.

Starline Town Car & Limo is our go to service. They are totally reliable. We've never had an issue. Their vehicles are always pristine. Their staff are total professionals, and friendly, too! Their the only service we've used for many years.

Needed a ride from our hotel to the airport. I don't trust Uber/Lyft (had some truly cringe experiences with them) and from reviews it looked like cab companies were unreliable. So I splurged a bit and ordered a car from Starline. So glad I did. The driver was on time and rolled with meeting us at at different location a block away from our original pick up (who knew there was going to be a marathon that day right in front of our hotel ?!). I think his name was Paxt? Safe driver. Got us there in plenty of time to catch our flight. Will definitely use again when in the area.

I have come to depnd on Staline whenever I need dependable transportation. They are always professional, ontime, helpful, and courteous. The cars are immaculate and reflect their overall pride in what they are doing. I was also impressed with their familairity andknowledge of the best choice of roads to use and knowledge of my neighboirhood. I called them last moment when getting on a plane from Atlanta with a lot of luggage. They were waiting for me at the luggahe carousel, took my bags off for me andout to the street where I gladly waited while to retrieved the car from the garage and picked me up. Arriving at my home, he put all my luggage on my frontporch. To have dependability, understanding and comsideration help at my age, 76, is very important to my safety and well being. I have been their customer for almost 4 years and it is reassuering to know they are there whenever I travel or am unable to drive. I am, a loyal customer.

Can’t say enough positive comments about Starline Town Car service and our driver Mr K. Reserved a sedan for seven hours for multiple stops while wedding dress shopping with my daughter. Mr K was awesome with our door to door service. He was very conscious about our safety and ensured we exited the vehicle in a safe location curb side. We would definitely recommend Starline service and plan on using them again

This is my second time using Starline. As previously, my driver was friendly and professional, arrived on time, hauled my heavy suitcase up the stairs, and drove safely to the airport. The vehicle was clean as a whistle. Will definitely call Starline again for Town Car service.

The folks at Starline are Fantastic! I have used them a number of times to commute from my home to the airport. I am thoroughly impressed! Always on time, professional, kind and very nice equipment! I couldn’t ask for anything more! I don’t leave reviews very often but I felt it was necessary in this case if for nothing more than to say Huge Thank You to all the folks involved in this fantastic business! To be honest, I was a nightmare customer. I booked the wrong day to be picked up from the airport. I called and they said no problem, we’ll have someone there in 15 minutes. Next, I last minute booked a car to go back to the airport. I was up at midnight freaking out that I booked a time that wouldn’t leave us enough time in the airport. I texted them at 12:30am trying to move the time to earlier. They replied right away and said, no problem and accommodated an earlier pickup. I can’t even express how accommodating this company is. I am very appreciative for their customer service and flexibility and would not hesitate to book with them again. Although, they might not want to deal with me. Lol. Thanks so much Starline!!

Starline Town Car & Limo was excellent! I needed a car service to take us from SeaTac to Mukilteo Ferry Ramp. Had no idea who to choose. Went onto different review sites and saw Starline had great prices, excellent service and amazing reviews. I was not disappointed, I called after we got off the plane and they showed up right away in a beautiful new black Yukon SUV. The driver was more than kind and helpful. The ride was comfortable and enjoyable. I will be using Starline every time I come to Seattle!
