You are in best hands at Sima’s clinic. Facial was very relaxing and rejuvenating. I also had other cosmetic procedures such as Botox and fillers at Sima’s which I was so happy with. I definitely recommend her with total confidence.

Purchased a bundle of 6 laser hair removal service. Made a consultation before the purchase, was told that I am an ideal case. (I do have a bright skin and dark hair) The laser didn't work, at all! Waste of money and time. Do not recommend!

Tamala is always very helpful in getting me the information I need to make an informed decision on what treatment or procedure I should think about. This is critical as all of them produce a different result and not all are right for everyone. I count on her to guide me in the right direction, but the information is always there for me to make my personal choices. Never any pressure or salesmanship.

First of all, I’m not a patient, so I’m not commenting on their services. We walked in because our 2 years old daughter who is going through potty training and wanted to use the bathroom. If you are a parent, you would understand we were in rush and didn’t read the sign on the door saying no entrance without a mask. We entered and asked nicely if we can borrow the bathroom because our daughter couldn’t hold it anymore. The lady looked at us like we just cursed at her and then said “so you entered from the parking lot and asking if you can use the bathroom without a mask? Come on!” If their staff is only trained to be nice to people who pay them, then I have no words. We would totally understand if she just said sorry our bathroom is only for our customer or we can’t have you here without a mask. There is absolutely no need to shame us in front of our daughter.

My experience at Sima Clinic has always been great. I went in again yesterday and was treated so professionally and kind. Alex is an exceptional assistant. She fully explains everything and really makes you feel comfortable.Sima herself is so knowledgeable. Her vast experience speaks for itself. It’s always a pleasure to see her.
