I love this place! The band on my mom's 65 year old diamond wedding ring broke. It was very delicate work on such thin white gold, and Hamed fixed it perfectly! His prices are very reasonable, and he had it back to me very quickly. I don't have a "before" pic, but this is the ring after.

Hamed did an excellent job in working with me to figure out the perfect ring for my girlfriend. He does amazing custom design that was out of my price range but I still got treated great. A+ great jewelry shop.

I traveled across the lake for Shirzad for a ring repair and a necklace pendent. Best in Western WA. I could not find a comparable in downtown Seattle where I live and work.

This was the best experience! I came in with just a few pictures that my fiancée had given me and just knew that she had told me she wanted a “classical look” (I had no idea what this meant) and they put together a ring that literally left her STUNNED. They are smart in their craft and their prices are incredible. The best part is they are warm and friendly, genuinely care about you; not just “fake nice” to make a sell but even checked up on me after the engagement to see how it went! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Buying an engagement ring with my fiancée at Shirzad was a fantastic process. We'd been to a few other stores to look at their options and always felt pressed into a sales negotiation, where they were trying to just make the sale as quickly as possible and constantly looking to upsell - larger stones, "natural" diamonds, ring designs, everything. At Shirzad, it was much more of a dialogue, and we never felt pressured to settle for a preexisting model or purchase a less-than-stellar product. Hamed asked us about what we were looking for, and showed us designs that matched the details we were fairly set on, as well as presented us with a plethora of options for the things we had less of a concrete idea about so that we could narrow down our decision.He had a massive catalogue of rings he could make that we were able to look through, and he was able to supplement those images by pulling similar rings he had physically onsite to let us inspect in person to see if we liked them more in theory or practice. His experience in designing and crafting was pivotal in helping us past some of our misgivings about theoretical designs we liked but which had practical flaws, and neatly providing a solution that sidestepped the issues but maintained the design we enjoyed.When we did settle on a unique design and stone, he was able to create a CAD file that gave us a perfect image of what we would be receiving, and allowed us to alter anything that we thought needed to be changed (though it ended up perfect on the first try thanks to all the back-and-forth when designing it). He also gave plenty of opportunities to select stones, presenting a number of options and even having some cut specifically for us when we found one in a style they didn't have readily available. With regular check-ins and updates as the ring went from CAD model, to wax cast, to rough cast, to complete, we always felt like we could update the design if something wasn't matching our taste.What we ended up with was a unique ring made perfectly as we envisioned it, crafted at a very reasonable price especially for a custom, fairly complex design. Their quality assurance and promise of lifetime cleaning and repair makes them absolutely top tier, and even if you end up losing the ring they retain the CAD design so they can make a perfect copy for you. Overall, absolutely recommended without any reservations.

So I went to several jewelry stores before ending up going to Hamed Shirzad’s store. I had left those other stores even more lost on how to even begin figuring out an engagement ring. Walked in, and in no time Hamed personally helped me find the absolute most perfect ring and helped me design it for the girl I loved. Simple farm girl who deserves the world is not easy who always works with her hands. I left there feeling 100% confident she would love it. Come wedding day she was blown away and said she couldn’t have picked it better herself. He designed my wedding band to match her ring and it’s stunning. Best jewelry store in town!

If you're looking for an amazing jeweler, this is the place to go. The owner of the store took my mother in laws 70 old ring, rebuilt it from the bottom up and turned it into an amazing piece. I then had him take my wife's 40 year old wedding band and had him do the same thing. This one needed a lot more work. Once he completed all the necessary repairs, he put it through a coating process and turned it from an ornate Gold finish to a beautiful White Gold finish. Absolutely beautiful! Then to finish it off, I brought him 40 year old wedding band and had him coat it to match my wife's. Excellent work and a joy to talk to.

Every part of the ring design experience with Hamed was fabulous. He's a very genuine artist and my girl friend loved the ring that we custom designed for her.Initially, I was kind of nervous since this was the first piece of jewellery that I've ever bought myself - however I felt super comfortable and warm on every step of the process. I will return!

Hamed is a one of a kind Jeweler! Not only was the customer service amazing, but he fixed my gold necklace in less than an hour, and had it ready the following day. His craft, expertise and high-quality standards are more than enough reason for me to keep coming back.
