What’s seemed to be a good vehicle purchase went bad real quick!I’ve been working with Sam for the past week to purchase a 2019 E Class. We went back and forth via text, he sent me videos of the car and I was ready to move forward.Last week he ran my credit application and got it approved through Mercedes Fiancne. I let him know I wanted to put $5,000 down because I had a trade in and was upside down. We discussed extended warranties and my new monthly car payment. We came to an agreement.Through out the week he followed up with me and said that he will send me a electronic contract and only needed a $500 deposit for now and will charge me the $4,500 difference. We both came to an agreement.Today, I received a call from the finance guy to discuss the options for Extended Warranties and this is when everything went left. I wish I remembered his name but I only have the phone number he called me from.We’re discussing the warranties and interest rates for the new purchase. We agreed to a warrnty and I said let’s move forward and send me the e-contract. He said he had a customer and would call me back within a hour.He calls me back within 10 minutes laughing saying the customer he was currently helping was purchasing the vehicle I wanted to buy.I was so thrown off because I had been in communication and waiting for a e-contract for over a week and was willing to pay the $5,000 deposit over the phone and/or email.This was a real shady way of handling business! I would expect this from a mom/pop dealership but not Mercedes Benz.Unacceptable!

I contacted the dealership very early this morning on a 2024 Mercedes GLE. Reza Abniki Reached out very promptly. I explained I would like to see photos of any damage or imperfections he agreed he would send photos. After a few hours I sent him a text and email following up asking for photos again. He finally sent me photos of the WRONG car. I asked for a different Saleaman. He had his “partner” reach out to me to tell me it was because the car I inquired about was in service. And they do not work out of town deals on the weekend. That if I still want the car on Monday they will reach out to me Monday.

BEST experience! Chris was the best through and thin. He took care of every single one of my needs. I came from Florida to do business with him, he’s so beyond professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The entire deal from the time I called in to the delivery was absolutely amazing. He is a gem! Finance was also amazing, Tamer is just as amazing and made the experience just as smooth, and enjoyable. Thank you both so much! Great dealership

Do not ever buy a CPO Mercedes. We bought one last week Thursday, and Friday it was making a noise. When we took it to a dealership, the repair is not covered by the CPo warranty. The car is supposed to go through a vigorous inspection, and after one day of driving, we have a $2,100 repair. The CPO is a false sense of security. Don't buy a CPO vehicle or any vehicle for that matter.Update: I received a call back, and dealership is making it right. They had me work with an AZ dealer, will update this once the car is repaired.

I wanted to give a prize and five star for the best customer service i received when i purchased my EQB 300 From WI Simson dealer ship. my sales person was Ali Malek Shoar and i want confess that he is very proficient on what he is doing buy going through A to Z and all the details when you purchase . He is also doing after hours customer service to always make you satisfy with your purchase . any question you have, he is 100% answering his calls . 🙂 . i wanted to advice WI Simson dealership as of the quality of their services.

3rd or 4th car I’ve bought from this dealership. Sam Farkhondeh has helped each time. Nothing short of amazing. Honest, straight forward and makes buying a car feel painless. Purchasing the car - I could not have asked for a nicer or more helpful and honest salesperson. We did not buy a different brand this time because I did not feel like I was dealing with an honest person last time we shopped there. I am very happy with my new car and the help I received at the dealership.Maintenance Dept - This was my first experience with Simonson repair department. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Beverly Hills location and did not think Simonson would be as good. But I was wrong. Everyone was exceptional. The gentleman who gave me a ride home after dropping off my car is an impressive spokesperson for the electric car we were in. One of those cars will be our next one.

Employee Marc Rose shouted threats at me and attempted to run me off the road with his car. All because I was waiting at a red light where he wanted to make a right turn. Be careful of this unstable psychopath.

As a first time car buyer Lina was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She made sure that I received the best offer possible and made the process a breeze. It could be intimidating to purchase a new vehicle, but I felt confident with my decision knowing that she was very transparent and had my best interest. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle trust me ask for Lina she is the absolute best! I left home with a beautiful new vehicle in great condition and I couldn’t be happier!
