My name is Ali Legziyan (Daniel). I have more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, based in the Middle East, Turkey, and the rest of Asia. I had taught hospitality and tourism in university for 10 years before I moved to the United States in 2015. I have studied hospitality & tourism at Edmond Community College, class of 2020. Moreover, I possess a Destination Specialist Certificate for North America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

Went with Oktay Tours for the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival Tour. Our guide was Vladimir and he is very knowledgeable and gave us lots of time to explore both at La Conner and the Tulip Farm. Highly recommend this tour and tour company.

Best tour company in Seattle,our tour guide name is Mohammed he was very wonderful kind and very helpful, we visited the Tulips 🌷 fam at Roozengaarde which is so beautiful,we eat lunch at La Conner and we visited snow goose Market, please asked for Mohammed to be your tour guide because he is the best

Took a day tour to visit Skagit Valley for the Tulip Festival. Hassle free and our driver/guide Vlad was able to give us plenty of time at the farm, and take us to other interesting places

I can’t thank Oktay Tours enough as they came through last minute for the Snoqualmie Falls and Woodinville Wine Tour. The company I booked with initially cancelled due lack of interest with less than 24 hours notice. Daniel was our guide and he did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable of the areas and had some wonderful recommendations. Can’t say enough great things about Daniel and Oktay Tours.

Our day trip to Leavenworth was GREAT!!! Daniel our tour guide was not only a safe driver but a superb photographer who helped us take lovely pictures 🥰 He was very patient and shared alot on the history of Leavenworth and Seattle. He ensured we have toilet breaks before proceeding on the long journey to and fro. We had a very enjoyable tour. The goodie bags of snacks were cool 😎 Thank you Daniel 😊

Wonderful Tour! I know many complain about not enough time at german town, but just ask your drivers they are very flexable and very accommodating. We had lunch and beers and lots of time to shop! He also was great in knowing where to stop for clean restrooms and views along the way, pls see pics!! Thank you Mr Mohamed! PS spacious comfortable ride, oh and the music he picked was AWESOME tunes!!

We went to Mt Rainers expedition with Vladimir as our tour guide. He made sure that the trip was one memorable experience for us…He ensured that we not only visit all the key points but never heaitated to stop for additional scenic points on our demand…Special mention for his photographic skills to beautifully capture theMemories 😊He was very knowledgeable about the area and kept sharing with us his tips and tricks from his hiking experience..Made the journey Really interactive and emjoyableWould strongly recommend tha agency for your travel experiences ..

Vladimir was our tour guide to Snomalqui Falls, Chateau St Michelle Winery, and a few more beautiful spots; he was such a gracious host and we highly recommend him! We really enjoyed the tour and all the spots we visited.

My husband and I loved the Leavenworth tour with guide, Mehrdad- he was very professional, knowledgeable and fun. He shared many fun facts, encouraged the group to make music selections during the ride, offered to take fam photos and made good recommendations. Thank you Mehrdad for making the trip enjoyable…and all the stops along the way to experience things only a tour guide would know!

A last minute decision to take a tour and boy we hit the jackpot. Daniel, our guide was absolutely incredible. The tour was more than the description and what we imagined. This day trip was one of the highlights of our trip. Saw beautiful scenery and waterfalls. Leavenworth is a cute town with lots of shops, good food and beer! Wish we could have spent a couple of days there not just a few hours but that makes you want to come back! Mehrdad was a kind, knowledgeable, wonderful guide and driver who made the trip memorable… the tambourine disco party in the van on the way back to Seattle topped off a great day!

Daniel was an awesome tour guide! So happy that we decided to book the Leavenworth tour. I live in Seattle, but dont have a car and decided that instead of renting a car, i wanted to treat myself and booked a tour for me and my bf. We were given plenty of time to explore and enjoyed the stops on the way there!

We went on a tour with Oktay in Levenworth.It was lovely in every way. Our guide and driver was Daniel. Truly, he couldn’t have been better. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was a safe driver and continued giving us important information while also delivering some jokes!! He WAS GREAT!! I highly recommend this company and plan to book with them again in the future! We took our family of 5, including a 6 year old, on a tour to Leavenworth with lots of waterfalls along the way. Mehrdad did a fantastic job throughout, and gave some special attention to our youngest. Nice work Oktay Tours!

Daniel was able to compliment the tour with the local history which was most welcomed. We were blessed with a tour of a chocolate factory before the falls, ushered into an eatery that was yummy, a winery tour and the scenic route back to Seattle with yet more interesting facts. He even toured us thru Seattle’s highlights. Couldn’t have asked for a better day!!!

If you are thinking about taking a tour with Oktay tours, then I highly recommend to go forth and book it. They are extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable folks who know what they are doing.Our tour guide was Daniel and he’s not only a great driver experienced to travel the mountainous roads, he has tonnes of information on the history of the places we were driving through. His driving is very, very safe and we got ample stops for bathroom breaks and to take in the scenery. There was a good amount of snacks and water stocked up in the car as well.They are very accommodating so if you have any special requests, let them know before hand. The pricing is very fair and I loved that they were very punctual too.

Used Oktay for a day trip to Leavenworth with family. Very professional, friendly and flexible. They took extra precautions as we traveled with seniors and also moved around the day of the trip to adjust for weather. Recommend for a hassle free vacation!
