In a nutshell, this is the dream team that you want to be on your side to make things happen! I worked directly with Navid and Araz (and other team members and network of brokers and lawyers), their communication is clear and consistent, they are patient with questions and the buying/selling process, absolutely listen to the client's preferences instead of pushing an agenda, were available on short notice, and are knowledgeable about the market and legal issues related to real estate. It was always a pleasure to interact with them over text, phone, and in person. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Navid over the summer. Picking the right realtor is not really about picking one person, it’s about picking a highly skilled team.Successfully purchasing your first property has so many moving parts, from having your mortgage pre approved so you can negotiate accordingly, to having a team that is available and can get you showings that matches your busy schedule. Navid’s team has it all!Here is our story:It all started from a presale project where I reached out to him online via Instagram. He immediately responded and created a Whatsapp group with a trusted mortgage broker to get the process going. He also did a one on one with me and my partner to figure out what we were looking for in a property. Overall, my experience was very positive with him and his team.Araz, one of his associates, worked hard to schedule showings for us despite our busy schedule and limited availability. Araz was always on time, knowledgeable about the properties and guided us through showings.Navid negotiated the deal for us and got us a property $300k under assessed value.
