Loved the group training sessions! The instructor tailors the intensity based on readiness and gives detailed advise about correct form. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging. I am seeing pretty good results after only a few sessions. It's easy to get hooked on!

I joined Maxfit7 two years ago to lose weight and improve my strength. Thanks to the great coaching I received, I have achieved my goals! The training team there works with me to set up a personalized plan, they coach me on the correct form and encourage me to improve. I highly recommend the professional team at Maxfit7.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Maxfit7. Very friendly and professional trainers who makes me actually want to go train, also are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. It has a great workout atmosphere, lots of people serious about fitness.
