First time here and will come back. The food is spectacular and the service is prompt and friendly, they have a small lunch menu but would try dinner sometime
Mary's service was excellent! Very attentive and personable. The halloumi salad was great and the ice cream dessert dish I got was so good!! It seems the restaurant puts a lot of effort into running a smooth service. Food runners and bussers were all super on top of it. I would recommend and come back!!
We recently visited Mamnoon and ordered the "d'lilni spoil me" tasting menu, which is a daily-changing experience featuring multiple dishes and courses. Priced at $65 per person, we were expecting a wide variety of dishes that would showcase the best the restaurant has to offer. However, our expectations were not met. Instead of a diverse array of dishes, we were served just one skewer kebab, two appetizers, and a salad to be shared between two people. In the past, we've ordered this same tasting menu and were typically left with an abundance of food, but this time it felt like several dishes were missing. Moreover, there was no rice or pita, which are staples at any Middle Eastern restaurant. While the food we did receive was delicious, the service was extremely slow and the staff inattentive. As a repeat customer, I felt deeply disappointed and may not be returning to this restaurant.
"I had a wonderful first time in mamnoon. The staff were friendly, service was great, food was incredible and I can’t wait to return next time. Our cocktails were definitely unique and new combinations for us. I was excited to see and try all the options that were gluten free as well."
Absolutely love this restaurant. Its one of the rare good places in Seattle. Excellent quality of food. And their tasting menus are worth the money and quality!! So good! Lunch tasting menu is for 35 bucks and you will be soo full eating the 3 courses once done. Their pistachio baklava is the best I have eaten!!! Muhammara is a must order
Came for the happy hour first and dinner after. The food portions were happy hour (Halloumi and falafel) were surprisingly very large. We got a lot more than expected and then moved to the main dinner. The food was incredibly flavorful... The dips are a must. The Muhammarra and the feta labnes were my favorite dips. We also got the spinach lies, dolmas (very good) and the dumplings. We topped it off with a chocolate cake dessert. Mamnoon is right next to the theater district which also makes it convenient to go to shows
The 4 is more like a 3.5. Lots of vegetarian options in the shared plates menu. Not a lot of options for the entrees. We were a group of 6 and we ended up ordering about 5 shared plates because the quantity was not sufficient. We also order 2 of the only vegetarian entrees and 1 meat based entree, but the portion size was small for the entree as well. The shared plates tasted great but we were kept wanting for more due to the size. The desserts were too sweet and almost too syrupy for me. The takeout menu seemed a little better so might try that next time.
Beautiful space, mediocre food, and inconsistent service. Was expecting much better based on the previous reviews and generally high restaurant standards in Seattle. Will not be returning given so many better options.
One of our favorite restaurants in Seattle!! The food is amazingly fresh, flavorful and fantastic with tons of vegetarian options!!! Excellent vibes, super sweet staff, and walkable location! The drinks are also amazing, cannot stress enough what an absolute delight mamnoon is! (Pro tip buy their hummus when you see it it’s the bomb) 🥰
Overpriced dishes for the portion size and mediocre taste. I ordered lamb khoresht which was on salty side and my boyfriend got shish taouk that was slightly burnt. On a positive note they have good service/staff
I didn't expect the level of flavor I discovered at Mamnoon. I stopped in for some shawarma--that was my idea at least, and ended up ordering the tasting menu for $65/seat for me and my dad. Couldn't have picked a better item. It was new, flavorful, inventive, and the portions were great. I wish I photographed everything that came our way, but I was just enamored as the plates kept coming with wonderful creations. The portions were exactly perfect to satisfy two hungry diners. Our service was attentive, waitstaff knowledgeable, not pushy, very kind, and knew what plates to take and when and which libations to recommend.I wish the atmosphere had the same energy as the food. The food is not collar-and-tie (not a dig), but its respectful and serious. The interior design sort of dazed me, the lighting was strange, and the music was slightly unsavory. The atmosphere said 'dance club', and the food was reciting poetry, so to speak.
We walked in and sat at the bar and were helped by Jenny - she was amazing. The cauliflower dish and the hummus were the best, all the drinks were great and we had a wonderful night. Would recommend!
Phenomenal. The mix of flavors was wild. Will back.//Came back with the boss and his wife. We all had a blast and shared around our plates. So. good.//Fifth time? Always a solid place. Collaborated with the bartender on something off menu, cool and refreshing for this hot day.
Absolutely stunning restaurant! Such beautiful ambiance. Perfect for a romantic date night. You can make a reservation but even on a Friday night we got seated immediately. The food is top notch cuisine - every detail accounted for. They have a great wine menu. The service is phenomenal and very friendly and attentive.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent dining experience at your Restaurant. As a valued customer, I had high expectations for a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired.First and foremost, the pricing at your restaurant is significantly higher than expected. It is not for sure a 2 dollar restaurant. Furthermore, the service I received was subpar and far from satisfactory. The lack of attentiveness from your staff was evident, as they failed to inform me that the kitchen was about to close. Consequently, I was unable to order any additional items or make any adjustments to my meal. It is essential for your team to communicate such information clearly and promptly to avoid any inconvenience to customers. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was the quality of the food. The meat (lamb) I ordered was undercooked and far from the desired level of doneness. Also the fried cauliflower is over brunt. The dinning menu is very small and they have very limited options. The menu you see online is different from the menu inside you get. This is very misleading, so don't fall for the online.
I loved this place, the food was absolutely delicious and super flavorful. While on the more expensive end for average people like me, this restaurant is honestly so underrated. Serving sizes are good and the dimmed lights set a romantic ambience. I will be back.
The pita bread and dips—babba and hummus were really good. I especially loved the neediness of the pita. Usually the pitas you get can be dry but theirs are moist and delicious!I got the grilled chicken and I think at first it was undercooked as it looked pinker and tasted chewier then I usually like my chicken. But after telling my waiter they offered to put it back on the grill and after that it was all good. The cauliflower was crispy and soaked in the sauces.
We made reservations which I would highly recommend. When we got there there was only a few people there but when we left there wasn’t an empty seat in the house! The service was fast at the beginning because again they were slower. The food was amazing & very authentic as I k ow I lived in Beirut Lebanon for 9 years. This food is more like you eat at your mums house not like you get at the lil shops down the street! The Décor is very nice & authentic however the music was Americanized. Thank you for a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner.
Very very very good food! Shawarma wraps were super delicious, and their fries are definitely top tier. Lots of flavor in everything, super freshly made too. Though the price is too high for me. More than double than other places I have been to. Also service is a bit slow some times, but it’s slightly understandable since everything is pretty freshly prepared
This is on my list of top 3 favorite restaurants in Seattle. The food is so thoughtfully and well prepared, including presentation. Each dish is creative but not overly done. I usually get the dish with chicken, but their lamb dishes are top notch so I'll get that too when my eating partner likes lamb. I almost all aways get the soup, hummus and frites before the main course. All are delicious and well seasoned. I I try to come here as often as I can afford and bring people that appreciate good food. I also like the atmosphere, the staff is helpful without being overbearing. It's not extremely expensive for Seattle prices but it's not cheap. I can easily spend $100-150 for two people, without ordering any cocktails. This place is for people that appreciate good food in a place with a chill vibe; if you get off on mediocre food just because it's cheap and grotesquely jumbo sized, then this place probably isn't for you.
Great food, never disappoints. The harrara fries (off menu), the hummus platter, brussel sprouts and lamb kebab were all incredible. The kebab was juicy and was on top of sauce and veggies that were so good. They have a takeout window that's great for a quick lunch. They also have a small outdoor area since covid.
Atmosphere and decor is great. Food no! Small portions. Few dinner selections. Chicken kebab with minimalist seasoning. There is no shish kebab. The red cabbage in the salad and the sauce were too bitter for us.Updating to 4 star: A waitress/manager offered to remove the salad from the bill. She was nice and asked us about our dining experience. Also, it was a freezing 26 F degrees day outside. All we had to was sit there and eat. For that I thank them. They deserved another star.
