We worked with Fay on our recent home purchase. Fay is very prompt - always available on text/phone and email. She's been in real estate in Seattle area for 25+ years, and she knows everything about the process, from title issues to zoning to schools. Since she's worked in this area for long, she knows many of the listing agents. Her personal relationships with agents helped us find the right home at the right price, even before it hit the market.
