At 46 I kept looking at my skin thinking….. I need something. A little pick me up! A consultation with Lauren and she immediately said you need thermage. I trusted her description of the treatment and booked the appointment. Day of my appointment I was given a little numbing solution, lots of laughs, describing what she was doing and kept checking on me. It took about 1.5 hours. I had very little swelling but no pain. I did leave thinking I hope I notice results which normally happens a couple months after.Results are in!!! I am now almost 2 months out and I LOVE the results. My skin and neck are definitely tighter. My skin is brighter and refreshed. It’s exactly what I wanted. Sign me up every year Lauren! You heard what I was seeing in my skin, you explained everything so amazingly and I trusted you. Thank you and i’ll definitely be back for more!
Jill is the best!! I have had Botox off and on for the last 10 years. In that time I had bounced around trying to find that person that seemed to get it right from the beginning. I would always end up with at least one droopy eyelid or would need to go back in a few weeks for a touch up. When I found Jill, it really was perfection. At last, I have never had any droopy eyelids or needed to go back for any touchups. She’s AMAZING and I will never go to anyone else. Thank you Jill for being a master at your craft!

Five years ago, I had deep plane face lift and lower eyelid surgery (including far transfer) with Dr Naficy. I am not happy with the results. The neck area turned out ok. However, one of my lower eye lids did not improve at all after the surgery. Also in about 18 months, I developed deep lines from my nose to my mouth (nasolabial lines) as well from my mouth to my chin (marionette lines). These lines are now much deeper than they were before surgery although I neither gained nor lost any weight. I was under the impression that deep plane surgery would lessen the severity of these lines but the opposite happened in my case. Now I find myself considering a revision surgery but since the after-surgery pain was immense the first time, I am reluctant to go through it again. Of course, having to pay another hefty sum is not appealing either.Almost all reviews on this site are about nurses and injectables. There is hardly any review on Dr Naficy himself.
I see Jill Kandora at Naficy. I followed her from her previous med spa. Many of her clients have done the same. I make the trip from Seattle to Bellevue as she is that great!Her bedside manner is calm and kind. She listens to her patients. Jill is more than just an injector, she is a true artist and has a keen eye for what works best for my face.I’ve seen Jill for 8 years and I’d never go to anyone else.The front desk staff are all very professional and welcoming. It’s such a pleasure to be greeted by such lovely people who clearly love their jobs!
Naficy is a great place to go. Erin Carpenter is the best Botox specialist I’ve ever had and she is so much more. Thorough, professional, very very knowledgeable and kind. She’s great at talking to you about what best works for your face. Highly recommend.

The results of my upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery were incredible. Dr. Naficy is a skilled and gifted surgeon who really listened to what I wanted and discussed all my concerns prior to surgery. His team members are all well informed and provided excellent care. Since I was traveling to have the surgery performed, I really had to rely on them for scheduling and after care to travel back home. They made it all work flawlessly. Thank you!
This was my second appointment with Jill. She is absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable and kind. I have only had one experience with filler (lip) and one with Botox prior to Jill and i struggled with both. I spent hours scouring instagram looking for the BEST lip filler pics and Jill’s were amazing so i booked with her and drove the 2.5 hours each way to see her. When i came in she really listened. I told her the struggles i was having and she recommended letting the filler dissolve from my lips to get the best results next time (clearly cared about results and not just taking my money). Then i asked her if she could do anything with my face what would she do. And she suggested cheek filler to help with some sagging i had. I had never considered cheek filler as i see a lot of times it makes the face look heavier, but she sounded like she knew what she was talking about and how she could do it to not look that way. And that combined with the Botox she did I was obsessed! I love what she did so much. Now 6 months later i come back to work on my lips as well as see what she can do to help me with sagging i was having after losing 70 lbs on that 6 months. And once again she knew exactly what i needed and i absolutely love the results. She is so amazing at what she does, and is easy to carry a conversation with during the appt taking some of the anxiety over being poked over and over again lolCan’t recommend Jill enough for lips, cheeks and Botox (I’m sure everything else as well but that’s what i have personal experience with).
I'm having a few tattoos removed with Lauren. She is so kind, patient and relatable. I feel like I'm having a procedure with a good friend. She makes getting a tattoo removed suck a little bit less.
I highly highly recommend Erin Carpenter! She’s amazing, kind, gentle, caring, patient, understanding. Erin always takes time to listen to my concerns, clearly discussing all steps beforehand, and makes sure I’m completely comfortable. Her work is flawless, too. I feel like Erin’s a friend. 100% real!!!!! If interested, set up a consultation appointment. She’ll truly make one feel at ease.
The staff was warm and personable. The lobby was well appointed and comfortable. Guests were provided with a slideshow sharing before and after shots of previous patients. Parking was covered. Chocolates were offered as I left. I have a little sticker shock but Dr Naficy clearly does great work. I hope to make an appointment soon.
My most recent visit with Jill Kandora has exceeded my expectations. Jill is not just an injector. Jill has an artistic eye for the face. She listens to my concerns & assesses what is needed to get me to my desired results. She is so skilled at what she does. She is very kind, personable & she totally puts me at ease with her calming demeanor. I am just so pleased with my results! I totally trust Jill with my face!
Jill Kandora is hands down the best of the best. She is not only of the highest technical skill but also caters to my particular aesthetic, taking into consideration where we are now and how to maintain or modify it over time.
Kim Bui is the best injector in the game!I have been following her work for a year and loved that she leans towards a more conservative look. This is important to me because I want to get fillers to fix my upper left side to make them even. My top lips have been something I always been insecure about, so I’m so happy with the result!! I had very minimal swelling and bruising.Kim made sure I was comfortable before proceeding and often gave me breaks. I highly recommend getting a dental block if you can’t handle pain like me. I will be coming back. Thank you Kim for making me look and feel beautiful 🥰
I’ve been going to Naficy for years and always have a pleasant visit. Everyone at the front desk is gracious and accommodating. Kimberly is absolutely wonderful! I appreciate her candor and honesty. Her follow-up is exceptional and always makes me feel comfortable if I need to come back in for any touch-ups needed.
I have been seeing Lorin for several years now and cannot say enough good things about her! I appreciate her quality of work and love how she listens and adjusts or has a new idea. I feel like she gets me and gets what I’m looking for- and just as importantly- what I am NOT looking for! Plus the facility is spotless and welcoming with an incredible front desk staff that is always friendly and just lovely! Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough about Erin Carpenter. Erin is professional, extremely knowledgeable at her craft and very personable. I trust Erin completely. She listens carefully to what I request and then she will tell me what is best for me and my face. She knows so much about Botox and Fillers and will never steer you wrong! Erin makes you feel special and every visit is a pleasant experience. When I’m there for my appointment she takes her time and I never feel rushed with her. She wants you to be completely satisfied with the results and if there are any issues, she always says to let her know and she will take care of it. I highly recommend Erin, she is the best!
This is a beautiful clean space and every one of the staff is nice and welcoming. Rachel is extremely professional. I would trust her for any treatment. She did a laser treatment on my face and made it as comfortable as possible. I will be coming here from now on.
