She earned her Doctor of Optometry from the University of California at Berkeley, School of Optometry, in 1997, following Bachelor’s degrees in Vision Science and Microbiology and Molecular Genetics. Beyond her passion for eye care, she enjoys an active lifestyle, frequently indulging in hobbies such as hiking, cooking, dancing, reading, traveling, volleyball, and tennis.
