Rudest and most aggressive travel agency I have ever seen. I contacted this travel agency over the phone to get some information about their availabilities. A lady answered the called and refused to provide me details of their rates and availabilities . She was so aggressive and told me do you want to purchase the ticket from me or not? The entire interaction took less than 5 minutes. It seems she had issues in her life that day or it might be the general policy of the agency . I do not recommend this agency at all and recommend everyone to stay away from them if you want to have a happy day!

We have been purchasing our tickets with Ms Nahid for over 20 years and I have been extremely happy with her patience, professionalism, and kindness. She is very careful with all your document details and makes sure everything is correct. I highly recommend Aria travel.

I want to express my appreciation for Aria Travel Agency. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. my travel Agent "Nahid" is wonderful to work with. last ten years she has done short notice cancellations and rebooking and lots of changes for me truly remarkable.recently she managed to refund my cancelled flight perfectly and professionally. i would like to thank her for all of assistance she has done for us during these years.

This is the place to go to find the best deals. The Nahid is always so eager to help and she has always found cheaper deals than the ones I could find by myself online (even after spending hours researching) or equivalent, Nahid has been great! She has helped myself and my family over the years! Would definitely recommend.

I think staff not trained well or part of a company's policy to keeping everything under the table not telling all the information to customer unfortunately worst ever service I had from this travel agency stuff very rude unpleasant I think as a quality 1 Star too many should be negative 5
