I’ve used Sams services a couple of times, once for a dishwasher issue and another related to our water heater. Sam stands out from his peers based on his focus on a practical and simplest solution for the problem, vs just trying to find a way to charge you for something. Thank you much, Sam from All Ways Rooter for coming out saving the day. It was very overwhelming trying to pick a company to come help me with my main sewer line problem and a water heater and PRV replacement. After seeing all the great reviews from the company, I decided to make the call. Your professional suggestions allowed me to save money and made me feel like I wasn’t getting taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. The prices seem fair for the work. I had very low water pressure on one outdoor faucet. I messaged All Ways Rooter and heard back from them quickly. Sam gave me an idea what may be wrong and offered to stop by for a no-cost investigation and estimate. I had him to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained how he was fixing the problem and how I might be able to do it should I have problems with other faucets in the future.
