Such excellent and consistently delicious, high-quality flatbreads! The flavor is so far and away superior to *anything* you can buy in the bread or bakery section at a supermarket, no matter how organic or locally made it claims to be. The small-batch, artisanal expertise with which every piece of the delicious middle eastern flatbreads made and sold fresh at Alida Bakery daily is an incredible find/gem all by itself in the Everett area, but also sold at a very reasonable price that everyone can afford. Do yourself a favor and start nourishing both your body and tastebuds properly by purchasing your daily bread fresh from this wonderful small, local business!

Get the yogurt. Yes their bread is fantastic but do not sleep on their yogurt.I used to live in Turkey where yogurt is practically sacred, and while I can make my own I really wanted a nice yogurt to buy in a pinch. Yes it is probiotic. The taste is something else - mildly tangy like all yogurt should be, creamy, smooth, but ultimately very savory on its own. It's a masterpiece to be honest. A bit steep but worth every penny.

Such a great find! Their baklava is probably the best I've tried till date. Visited multiple times and tried a bunch of other items like Manakish, Klecha, Pita, Naan and everything's been a hit. The service is also fantastic. Will keep visiting for sure.

I almost fainted when I had the beef manakish because I've never had anything like it. The cheddar and jalapeño manakish was also good and I couldn't decided which I liked more. I live out of town so I'll be dreaming about it until I visit again. I'm really disappointed I can't eat there every week.

This place has delicious breads! I don't think I've ever bought bread from them that wasn't at least a little warm. The baklava is also very good! The staff is always friendly and their prices are fair. You should try them if you are in the area!

Everything was so tasty! I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality across the board, with great flavors, great customer service, and reasonable prices as well as authentic baked goods that remind me of my culture.

I cannot stress how amazing this little bakery is! You can tell how much love they have for the community and how much the community loves them back. The customer service was so inviting and friendly. I was offered a sample of their baklava and it was delicious!The bread is amazingly fresh and so fluffy. Coming from the Metro Detroit area, I’ve never seen anything like this in the Seattle area! The beef manakish hit the spot and was spiced well. I’m happy I was able to finally stop by and try this out, definitely will make an effort to stop by again when I need more pita and to try their other sweets!
